Why We Use a Community Fund
To ensure full transparency and protect your contribution, donations are not sent to HOCoslo AS. Instead, all support goes to an independent community fund ( HOC Community fund ) dedicated solely to preserving and developing the House of Consciousness.This structure ensures:
- Your donation is kept safe and cannot be affected by any financial situation in HOCoslo AS
- Every donation directly supports the development and sustainability of our community.

- Why can’t I donate directly to HOCoslo AS? You can of course do that, but we recommend that it goes through our Community fund.
- Is my donation tax-deductible? In Norway, donations to certain types of organizations can be tax-deductible. Once the fund is fully established and registered, we will update information on tax status and eligibility.
- Can international donors contribute? Yes. We offer support in NOK and USD through trusted payment platforms so international contributors can join the effort.
- How do you report how funds are used? We are committed to: public reporting and transparent accounting
- Can I contribute in other ways than money? Yes. Many people support HOC by offering: volunteer time, expertise, project support. artistic or cultural contributions and collaboration on events or research. HOC has always been community-built, and this continues.
- Can I earmark my donation for a specific project? If you wish to direct your gift to something specific (e.g., research, youth access, cultural programming), we can accommodate that. Please contact us directly after donating.
